If the VEC specialists decide to cancel the testing on that day, the participant will be asked to take the test during an additional session of the NMT.

A valid reason for non-appearance at the VEC is considered to be a prolonged air raid in the region. In this case, the participant will be able to take part in an additional session of the NMT and does not have to attach additional evidence of missed testing.. Air raid alarm during stay at the VEC: what to do for test participants.

Long-term alarm - during the first shift at a two-shift testing point, an alarm that lasts more than an hour and a half is considered. If the duration of the air raid warning is long, testing will not continue, and participants will be eligible to take part in the NMT during an additional session. This condition applies only to points operating in two shifts.. During testing on the second shift or passing it at a point where testing takes place only in one shift, it will be possible to continue testing if the alarm lasts no longer than 2 hours and 20 minutes. If the air raid alert lasts longer, NMT participants will be asked to take the NMT during an additional assessment.

Pause at BDC - after the air raid alert, the participants and personnel of the VEC must go to the shelter. It should be noted that NMT participants may collect personal belongings left in a designated area before testing.. But the use of mobile communications or other gadgets in the shelter will be prohibited.. Test participants will be able to communicate with each other in the shelter, but only on topics that are not related to the content of the tasks. How to apply for an additional NMT session.

In the event of a prolonged alarm after the all-clear signal is announced, participants must submit an application for the surrender of BMT during an additional session..

In this case, the instruction on the algorithm of actions should be provided by the person responsible for the VEC, and the staff of the testing point will provide participants with all the necessary assistance in completing the application..

“The participant does not need any additional documents confirming the fact of long-term anxiety and the right to participate in an additional session. Applications for participation in an additional session must be submitted directly at the testing point, ”the message says..

In the event that during the main and additional sessions a prolonged air raid alert is announced, the participant, when deciding to complete the NMT at the examination center, must contact the responsible employee of the examination center.
