People's deputies of Ukraine voted in the first reading for draft law No. 9342 on amending certain legislative acts of Ukraine on certain issues related to military service during martial law, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, People's Deputy of the Holos faction, said on Telegram.

333 deputies voted for the basis.

" Only in the first reading… Submission of amendments reduced to 7 days. Therefore, it is possible to expect adoption in general during June,” Zheleznyak notes..

The bill proposes the following changes:.

during martial law, military personnel should be paid monthly additional remuneration from 30,000 - 100,000 hryvnias in proportion to the time they complete combat missions in the manner, amount and conditions established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

additional payments to conscripts in the amount of UAH 6,000 per month - in proportion to the time of military service;

additional payments of UAH 6,000/month for military personnel who were injured during the conduct of hostilities and placed at the disposal of the corresponding commander during temporary unfitness for military service;

payment of additional remuneration to cadets of higher military educational institutions, as well as higher educational institutions that include military institutes, military training faculties, military training departments in the amount of UAH 2,350 / month;

for instructors, the amount of additional remuneration - depending on the level, intensity and areas of training (10-30 thousand hryvnia).
