“About 3,000 orphans and deprived of parental care from institutional institutions are now abroad and are registered with consular offices. The minister noted that it is allowed to return children from evacuation only to safe conditions, after the end of martial law.
“The child must return to Ukraine for reunification with relatives, adoption, or when he was found a family form of education. Returning entire establishments without understanding the conditions in which the children will be is wrong, I strongly do not recommend doing this, ”she emphasized.
