The Ministry of Health explained how internally displaced persons can receive an electronic prescription for medicines.

To receive an electronic prescription for a medicine, it is not necessary to conclude or have an active declaration with a family doctor, general practitioner or pediatrician. That is, Ukrainians who have changed their place of residence or lost contact with their family doctor can get an e-prescription from any doctor in an institution accessible to them at their location.

For this, it is not necessary to conclude a declaration with a family doctor, it is only important to be registered in the electronic health system (EHS).

This is a simple procedure that any doctor can quickly perform.. To do this, during a visit to the doctor, you need to have an identity document (this can be an internal passport, identity card, etc.).. ), taxpayer registration number (TIN), if one was assigned, or a document refusing to assign it, and for registering a child - a birth certificate and documents proving the identity of the legal representative (father or mother).
