“He published in banned social networks information about the locations of the Defense Forces and the location of critical infrastructure facilities in the Odessa region. The invaders used the information “caught up” in social networks to prepare and conduct targeted missile strikes. On his pages in social networks banned in Ukraine, the traitor called for the forcible seizure of state power, as well as the destruction of the Ukrainian people. Law enforcement officers conducted searches at the place of residence of the detainee and found red-handed computer equipment there.

The traitor was informed of suspicion under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:.

1 st. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine);

1 st. 161 (violation of the equality of citizens depending on their race, nationality, regional affiliation);

2 and h. 3 st. 436-2 (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).
