Ukraine is nominating its candidacy for the IAEA Board of Governors for 2023-2025, the Ministry of Energy reports with reference to the head of the department German Galushchenko. It is indicated that the latter called on the participants of the meeting of EU energy and transport ministers, which took place on February 27, to take part in the discussion of this issue and support the Ukrainian application.
“The Minister of Energy announced that Ukraine is nominating its candidacy for the IAEA Board of Governors for 2023-2025 and called on the meeting participants to join the discussion of this issue and support the Ukrainian application,” the message says..
During the meeting, Galushchenko also stressed that Ukraine continues its integration course towards European energy markets.. This, in particular, is provided for by the draft new Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2050.
