Leave to care for a child under three years of age is granted in whole or in part within a specified period, including interruption.

The child caregiver may work part-time or at home during the holiday period (under such conditions, the holiday is not interrupted). The employer may grant part-paid or unpaid leave of longer duration.

How to apply for parental leave up to three years.

To do this, you should contact the place of main work and part-time work and provide the following documents:.

child's birth certificate;

certificate from the place of work (service, study) of the mother of the child that she started work before the end of this vacation (if another person wants to get the vacation);
