The Deputy Head of the Central Military Medical Commission of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was informed about the suspicion of obtaining illegal benefits (Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code), the issue of choosing a measure of restraint is being decided, reports the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

According to the investigation, the suspect offered the conscript to forge medical and military documents for 5 thousand dollars - they were supposed to be the basis for the commission to draw up a conclusion on his unfitness for military service for health reasons.. It would also give the right to freely cross the border of Ukraine.

During searches at the place of work and residence of the suspect, law enforcement officers revealed more than UAH 5 million in cash in different currencies, the origin of the funds is being established.
