" Among them are booked for the period of mobilization and for wartime for state authorities, other state bodies, local governments, as well as for enterprises, institutions and organizations in the manner prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. In practice, there are cases when subpoenas can be served on such persons as well.. How to behave in this case?
Firstly, if the subpoena is served by an authorized person and it contains all the necessary data, receive it and sign for it. No need to try to avoid getting it, because this can have negative consequences..
Secondly, be sure to inform your employer about the receipt of the summons, so that he reacts to this by sending a message to the TCC and the joint venture about the fact that the employee has been booked.
Thirdly, to appear at the TCC and the joint venture at the time and date specified in the agenda, along with the following documents:.
Which confirm employment at the enterprise - a work book, an order for employment;
Which confirm the booking - an extract from the order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine on the booking of employees of the enterprise.
If the above documents are provided, the booked worker will not be called up for non-military service,” the expert said..
