According to article 10 of this law, the families of the dead (deceased) war veterans include:.

families of persons who died (missing) or died as a result of injury, concussion or injury received during the defense of the Motherland or the performance of other duties of military service (official duties), as well as due to illness associated with being at the front or received during the passage;

families of military personnel, persons in command and privates who were called up for a meeting of military servicemen of the Ministry of Defense, internal affairs and state security bodies of the former USSR and died (died) while performing tasks to protect public order in emergency situations associated with antisocial manifestations;

families of persons who died during World War II from among the personnel of self-defense groups of facility and emergency teams of local air defense, as well as families of employees of hospitals, hospitals and other medical institutions who died as a result of hostilities;

families of persons who perished or died as a result of injuries, mutilations, contusions or other health injuries received during the participation in the Revolution of Dignity, as well as families of persons who were posthumously awarded the title Hero of Ukraine for civil courage, patriotism, heroic upholding of the constitutional foundations of democracy, rights and.

The family members of the fallen (deceased) war veterans include:.

parents;

one of the spouses who did not remarry, regardless of whether a pension is paid to him or not;

children who do not have (and did not have) their families;

children who have families of their own but become disabled before reaching adulthood;

children whose parents are both dead or missing;

dependents of the deceased (deceased), who are paid a pension in connection with this;

the spouse (husband) of persons with disabilities who died as a result of the Second World War, as well as the wife (husband) of deceased participants in the war and hostilities, partisans and underground fighters, recognized during their lifetime as persons with disabilities from a general illness, work injury and other reasons that are not.

According to Article 15, the families of the perished (deceased) war veterans and the families of the perished (deceased) Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine are provided with a number of benefits, including:.

free receipt of medicines, medicines, immunobiological preparations and medical products according to doctor's prescriptions;

free primary dental prosthetics (except for prosthetics made of precious metals);

50% discount for the use of housing (rental fee) within the limits stipulated by the current legislation (21 sq.. meter of the total area of \u200b\u200bhousing for each person permanently residing in a residential building (house) and entitled to a fee discount, and an additional 10.5 sq.. m per family);

50% discount for the use of utilities (gas, electricity and other services) and liquefied bottled gas for domestic use within the average consumption rates. The area of \u200b\u200bhousing for which a discount is provided, when calculating the payment for heating, is 21 sq.. meter of heated area for each person permanently residing in a residential area (house) and entitled to a fee discount, and an additional 10.5 sq.. meters per family. For families consisting only of disabled persons, a 50% discount is provided for the use of gas for home heating on double the size of the standard heating area (42 sq.. meters for each person eligible for a fee discount, and 21 sq.. meter by seven yu);

extraordinary free overhaul of own residential buildings and priority repairs of residential buildings and apartments;

use upon retirement (regardless of the time of retirement) or change of place of work by polyclinics and hospitals to which they were attached after the previous place of work;

annual medical examination and clinical examination with the involvement of the necessary specialists;

priority care in medical institutions, pharmacies and priority hospitalization;

payment of temporary disability benefits in the amount of 100 percent of the average wage, regardless of the length of service;

use of the next annual leave at a convenient time for them; receiving additional leave without pay for up to two weeks per year;

preemptive right to remain at work in case of a reduction in the number or staff of employees due to changes in the organization of production and labor and to employment in the event of the liquidation of an enterprise, institution, organization;

extraordinary provision of living space for persons in need of better living conditions, including at the expense of the living space transferred by the ministries, other central executive authorities, enterprises and organizations to the disposal of local councils and state administrations. The persons referred to in this article shall be provided with living space within two years from the date of registration with the apartment..

obtaining a loan for the construction, reconstruction or overhaul of residential buildings and outbuildings, their connection to engineering networks, communications, as well as loans for the construction or purchase of country houses and the improvement of garden plots with repayment within 10 years starting from the fifth year after the completion of construction. These loans are provided in the manner determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

pensions or monthly life allowance or state social assistance paid instead of a pension are increased by 25 percent of the subsistence minimum for persons who have lost their ability to work. Squads (men) of the deceased participants in the war and hostilities, partisans and underground fighters, recognized during their lifetime as persons with disabilities from a general illness, labor injury and for other reasons, who did not marry a second time, pensions or a monthly lifelong monetary allowance or paid state social assistance.
