The new procedure for organizing and maintaining military records in Ukraine using the Diya service does not provide for the receipt of subpoenas through the application, said Mstislav Banik, head of electronic services development at the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
Commenting on the government decree on the approval of the Procedure for organizing and maintaining military records of conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists, according to which citizens will be able to submit information about themselves to the military registration and enlistment office through the Diya portal, he noted that neither this decree nor any other provides for the receipt of subpoenas.

Answering a question about the upcoming Diy service in the form of an electronic military ticket, Banik noted that many more points need to be finalized for its implementation, which will be discussed with the Ministry of Defense, because they still don’t tell how it will be implemented and how the service will work.
