To prove the right to exemption from mobilization, such a person must provide the following documents:.

documents on the disability of one of the parents (and / or - a certificate to the inspection report by the medical and social expert commission in the form No. 157-1 / o, a certificate confirming the appropriate status, a disability pension certificate, a certificate confirming the appointment of social disability benefits,;

your birth certificate (where the person with a disability is listed as one of the parents);

if there were changes in surnames or names, documents about this will be required (it is necessary that all surnames and names converge and family ties are clear);

copies of passports (conscripts and persons with disabilities);

a statement (letter in free form) that the person is not subject to mobilization and asks not to mobilize him (in two copies: one for the military registration and enlistment office, the second to note that a letter with documents was taken from the person liable for military service).
