General mobilization and martial law continue in Ukraine due to the military invasion of the Russian Federation. Men liable for military service from 18 to 60 years old are subject to mobilization. The Government adopted Decree No. 1487. The document establishes the procedure for organizing and maintaining military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
The Decree provides that at least once a year, the credentials of primary registration cards of conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists who are on personal primary military registration in the executive bodies of village, township, city councils must be verified:.
with credentials in the lists of personal military records of enterprises, institutions and organizations where they work (train);
with documents on registration of the place of residence of individuals or with the relevant data of the portal \;
with the place of actual residence of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.

Such clarification of the data can be carried out “through a door-to-door walk” - according to the reconciliation schedule approved by the order of the village, town, city head.
