Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets plans to meet with the Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova in January of this year and discuss with her the release of civilians from enemy captivity of our state. Lubinets announced this on the air of the telethon.

According to him, Ukraine is now paying special attention to the return of civilians, but the Russian side creates problems in this process..

This issue, in particular, will be a separate topic of the meeting with Moskalkova. Lubinets noted that our state has already worked out many options regarding captured civilians, but it’s not a fact that Russia will agree to them.
