servicemen of sergeants and foremen who are assigned positions of officers on time and successfully perform their official duties;

Also, in the event of an announcement of a decision to conduct mobilization and (or) the introduction of a legal regime of martial law by decision of officials who have the right to assign primary military ranks of sergeants and foremen and officers, the assignment of these ranks is carried out by citizens who, by age and education, meet the requirements specified by law.

The following documents are submitted for candidates for the assignment of the primary military rank of junior lieutenant:.

representation for non-commissioned officers and senior officers who have already been appointed to officer positions, or representation for non-commissioned officers and senior officers, as well as private soldiers who are conscripted during mobilization, for a special period, have a higher education with a degree not;

certification for conferring the military rank of officers;

two copies of the contract on military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the positions of officers (in case of acceptance for military service under the contract of officers);

certified copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine;

a certified copy of the personal number (registration number of the taxpayer's account card or series and passport number);

certified copies of the diploma of higher education and its appendix;

a certified copy of the document on the completion of a military training course under the officer training program (if necessary);
