In September, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the second reading bill No. 6067 on amending certain legislative acts of Ukraine on reforming the employment service, social insurance against unemployment, promoting productive employment of the population, including youth, and introducing new active programs in the labor market.

Article 26? 1 of the law, after the amendments, it is assumed that the employer who employs a person who has been in the status of a registered unemployed for more than six months, in the direction of employment centers for a period of at least two years, is compensated for the actual costs in the amount of a single contribution (ESC) for compulsory state social insurance for the corresponding.



In case of dismissal of such an employee, the amount of the paid funds is returned in full to the budget of the Compulsory State Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine in case of unemployment or the Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities, depending on the source of compensation funding.

If another registered unemployed person is employed by the employer at the workplace of a dismissed employee with more than six months of unemployed experience at the direction of the employment center, payments continue.

If another unemployed person with more than six months of service is employed, the payment of compensation continues until the expiration of the established period for maintaining job security..
