Ukrainians from the liberated territories of the Kharkiv region should not return home yet, Irina Vereshchuk, Minister for Reintegration of the HERE, warned. Shelling continues in the region, preparations are underway for the restoration of Ukrainian authorities on the ground.

On the air of the national telethon, Vereshchuk said that the formation of military administrations in the Kharkiv region is underway, they should start working in the near future.

Demining of the territory by rescuers of the State Emergency Service also continues.. The situation has improved, but the danger remains.

“My insistent request and recommendation is to wait for people who really want to return to their native Izyum, Balakleya and other settlements.

Do not rush and give the authorities the opportunity to do everything so that the territories are cleared of mines, power supply is restored, our providers, so that Ukraine is completely there,” the minister noted.
