Students, internally displaced persons, as well as residents of especially dangerous territories will be able to transfer to state-funded education. This was reported in the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

“The state will provide students of universities of these categories with the opportunity to transfer to education at the expense of the state budget. This applies to applicants for vocational and higher education who entered universities in previous years for commercial places,” the report says..

The corresponding draft resolution was developed by the Ministry of Education in cooperation with the Ministry of Reintegration. In particular, the action of the decree was extended to include students who were forced to stay in the temporarily occupied territories..
