At present, the fraudsters have been detained, two of the participants in the criminal proceedings have already been informed of suspicion under Art.. 209 (legalization (laundering) of property obtained by criminal means) and under h. 3 st. 212 (tax evasion, fees) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
