The purpose of this action is to create an appropriate picture for the IAEA commission and form a pool of local residents who, under the media cameras, will inform the commission about the shelling of the city from our side of the reservoir,"
The head of the RVA stressed that at any moment the Russian troops can turn their howitzers towards Nikopol.
