Despite the fact that it provides for the conscription of men between the ages of 18 and 60, educational institutions will not be empty.

Ukrainian legislation introduces a restriction on the mobilization of students and educators.

Namely, Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "

recipients of professional pre-higher and higher education, trainee assistants, graduate students and doctoral students who study full-time or dual forms of education;

scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers of institutions of higher and professional pre-higher education, scientific institutions and organizations with an academic title and / or scientific degree, and pedagogical workers of institutions of general secondary education.

In addition, after the adoption of law No. 7272, this list was replenished with several more categories.

According to it, the list of persons not subject to mobilization now includes students and teachers of vocational (vocational) education institutions, on a par with students and teachers of professional higher and higher education.

Now a deferment from mobilization can receive:.

vocational school students studying full-time or dual form;

teachers, provided that the institution of vocational (vocational) education is their main place of work and receive at least 0.75 of the rate there.
