The Ministry of Defense is working on a new approach to the work of military psychologists in the combat zone. This was announced by Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar.

“Our work with them is systemic, but non-public, and almost all information with limited access. Therefore, I am writing about this for the first time so that you know that such work is being carried out and our specialists are of a very high level.. She noted that a new approach to work in the war zone is being built.. It has already been created, now the nuances are being worked out - scaling is ahead.

According to Malyar, military psychologists had to urgently learn certain things “in the field” and find new tools in their work since the beginning of the war, since new challenges have unique specifics..

Malyar added that foreign experience will not work in this situation, and the experience of Ukraine since 2014 does not cover things that are being recorded now..
