A difficult situation remains in the east of Ukraine, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine are holding back the pressure of the occupying forces and do not allow them to advance in the Slavic, Avdiivka and Bakhmut directions. Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders repelled enemy attacks near Soledar, Pervomaisky, Bogorodichny and a number of other settlements. This was reported by the press service of the General Staff.

According to the Ukrainian military, shelling from cannon artillery and multiple launch rocket systems was recorded in the Slavic direction in the areas of the settlements of Dovgenkie, Kurulka, Adamovka, Dolina, Brazhkovka, Dibrivnoe, Bogorodichnoye, Krasnopolye and Konstantinovka. The enemy tried to conduct assault operations in the direction of the settlements of Dovgenkoye and Bogorodichnoye, but had no success.

In the Bakhmut direction, the areas of the settlements of Bakhmut, Bakhmutskoye, Soledar, Shumy and others were subjected to fire from tanks, cannon artillery and MLRS. The enemy tried to attack in the directions of Vershina, Kodema, Semigorye and Zaitsevo. Ukrainian defenders stopped and pushed the invaders back.

In the Avdeevka direction, the enemy fired from tanks, cannon and rocket artillery at the areas of the settlements of Nevelskoye, Vodianoe, Orlovka, Novoaleksandrovka, Veseleye, New York, Krasnogorovka, Marinka and Pervomayskoye. Led an offensive in the direction of Lozovoye - Pervomaiskoye, but received a tough rebuff and was forced to retreat.
