To complete the deal, the dealers, on the basis of forged documents, received electronic signatures of the heads of enterprises from the temporarily occupied regions of Kherson, Zaporozhye, Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. And then, through these signatures, they intervened in the electronic systems of the State Tax Service.
Having thus received the “toolkit”, they transferred the amounts of VAT registration limits to the balance sheets of their companies.
