Andriy Berestyan recalled that the World Bank plans to transfer 0.5 billion euros to Ukraine to prepare for winter. We will receive another 1.09 billion euros from the European Investment Bank.

“We expect that this 1.6 billion euros will go to technology, to the preparation of buildings. It is not so much money that is critical here, but time, ”the expert concluded..
