Ukraine denounced the 1998 agreement with Belarus on navigation on inland waterways. This was announced by the representative of the Government of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk.
The agreement determined the procedure and conditions for the navigation of ships of Ukraine and Belarus on the inland waterways of both countries.
