The court sent Oleg Kulinich, former head of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, under arrest without the right to bail.
“The court chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention until September 13, 2022 without the possibility of making bail for an active employee of the Security Service of Ukraine, who worked for the special services of the Russian Federation,” the State Bureau of Investigation reported..
He is suspected under three articles of the Criminal Code:.
1 articles. 255 (creation, management of a criminal organization and participation in it);
1 article 111 (high treason);
1 article 114 (assistance in the transfer or collection of information constituting a state secret for the purpose of transferring to a foreign state).
Investigators are trying to identify other members of the Kulinich group in order to bring them to justice.
