Recall that in the elections of the head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, on June 14, none of the candidates received the required number of votes.. Which of the judges claimed the position of the head of the Constitutional Court was not reported.

It should be noted that on May 15, the nine-year term of office of the judge of the Constitutional Court Alexander Tupitsky expired.. Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court Sergei Golovaty ordered the termination of labor relations with him.

Last year, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy removed Tupitsky from office and rescinded the decree of former President Viktor Yanukovych appointing Tupitsky as a judge.

Recently, the Podolsky Court of Kyiv put the former head of the Constitutional Court Oleksandr Tupytsky on the international wanted list..
