The ministry announced the main rules that should be remembered when creating offices:.

all electronic cabinets registered in previous years are canceled. Each applicant must create a new personal account;

register an account to the mail to which you have access and which is not prohibited on the territory of Ukraine. You will receive an activation link to the specified mailbox, which can be used within 15 minutes. If during this time you have not activated your account, you need to repeat the registration procedure;

please remember the password that you specify during registration: it will be required for subsequent logins to the account;

if you have several certificates of VNO or NMT, then during registration it is enough to indicate the data of one of them for identification. Information about other certificates should be added later in the electronic cabinet;

if you are registering without an NMT (VNO) certificate, then for identification, indicate the number (without a series) of an identity document. This should be the document that was specified when ordering the education document (if the education document is issued on the basis of a birth certificate, and after that you received a passport, then for additional identification you need to indicate the birth certificate itself);

if you have several different educational documents, then you need to register an office only for one of them and only for one email address. If you have already created an office on the basis of the document on PZSO (11 classes), but also have an associate degree (junior bachelor, professional junior bachelor) and want to enter on its basis, then you do not need to register a second office. You can choose the desired trajectory of receipt directly in the electronic cabinet.
