total indicator per person per month - 2508 UAH;

for able-bodied persons - 2600 UAH;

for persons who have lost their ability to work - 2027 UAH;

How will unemployment benefits increase?.

According to the law “On Compulsory State Social Insurance in Case of Unemployment”, the amount of temporary unemployment benefit should not exceed 4 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons.

So, as of July 1, the maximum unemployment assistance will be no more than UAH 10,400 (the living wage for able-bodied persons is UAH 2,600 * 4). Until July 1, its amount was 9924 UAH.

It is reported that the maximum amount of unemployment benefits during martial law in Ukraine cannot exceed 150% of the minimum wage.. In 2022 - this is 9750 UAH.

Maternity payments: will they grow?.

Also, from July 1, the amount of maternity benefits will increase, writes HB Business. Its size is equal to the average monthly official income of a woman (100%). For women who are not working and are not sole proprietors who pay ERUs, such payments can be accrued in the amount of 25% of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons - from UAH 650 per month from July 1 of the current year.

The maternity benefit must be paid within the following periods:.

126 calendar days - in the normal course of childbirth;

140 calendar days - in case of complicated childbirth;

180 calendar days - for Chernobyl women.

From July 1, Ukraine provides for the following amount of benefits for pregnancy and childbirth:.

for 126 days of maternity leave - 2730 UAH;

for 140 days of maternity leave - UAH 3033.33;

for 180 days of maternity leave - 3900 UAH.

How much child support will be from July 1.

The Family Code of Ukraine regulates the minimum amount of alimony, established in accordance with the subsistence minimum for a child of the appropriate age.

As of July 1, the amount of alimony will be as follows:.

minimum recommended amount of alimony: 2201 hryvnia - for children under 6 years old; 2744 UAH - for children from 6 to 18 years old;

minimum guaranteed amount of alimony (50% of the subsistence minimum): UAH 1,100.50 - for children under 6 years old; 1372 UAH - for children from 6 to 18 years old.

Help for single mothers.

Women who are single mothers receive appropriate payments.

Their size is defined as the difference between 100% of the subsistence minimum for a child of the corresponding age and the average monthly total family income per family member. From July 1, payments to single mothers will be:.

up to 2201 UAH - for children under 6 years old;

up to 2744 UAH - for children aged 6-18 years;

up to 2600 UAH - for full-time students from 18 to 23 years old.

Assistance for children under guardianship or guardianship.

From July 1, this assistance will be equal to two and a half living wages per child of the corresponding age, for children with disabilities - three times the living wage per child of the corresponding age, namely:.

for children under 6 years old - 5502.5 UAH;

for children 6-18 years old - 6860 UAH;

for children under 6 years of age with disabilities - 6603 UAH.

for children from 6 to 18 years old with disabilities - 8232 UAH.
