The shelling killed at least four civilians and injured nine.
89 civilian facilities were damaged: 85 residential buildings, a regional special boarding school, a cinema, a coking plant, a motor depot.
Rescuers evacuated about 1,500 people from combat areas.

Donetsk direction remains the hottest point on the front. The Russian military leadership focused on fulfilling their key task at this stage - the seizure of the territory of the entire Luhansk region.
