173 civilians evacuated the day before from the Azovstal metallurgical plant in Mariupol successfully arrived in Zaporozhye. This was announced by the Mariupol City Council in Telegram.

According to the agency, 10 buses with rescued people are already in a safe area controlled by the Ukrainian authorities..

“10 buses with Mariupol residents on the territory of free Ukraine. Thanks for this to all the heroic defenders of Azovstal. At the cost of three lives of our soldiers and six wounded soldiers, we managed to pull out and take out civilians from the territory of the plant. The Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Azov Regiment, at the cost of super efforts, not only hold the defense, but also save civilians. And the enemy at this time hits in the back. Cynically, insidiously, in Russian,"

The authorities also thanked the UN, the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Irina Vereshchuk for their assistance in the evacuation from Azovstal.

Recall that earlier in Azov they answered what was needed to liberate Mariupol.

Several generations of Ukrainians and Russians have grown up with the belief that there is a historical similarity between them, which in fact does not exist.. “One people” is a product of propaganda based on narratives about countries that Russia considers its “sphere of influence” and is trying in every possible way to return “home” - under its control. “Why Ukraine and Russia are not fraternal peoples and never have been,” read the article by Marina Starodubskaya.
