- determination of settlements and areas requiring humanitarian demining, marking of dangerous areas, cleaning (demining) of territories; involvement in the elimination of the consequences of hostilities and emergency situations of international assistance.

It also provides for the provision of social services during a state of emergency or martial law by employees and volunteers who do not have documents confirming their professional level.. The involvement of volunteers in identifying individuals/families in difficult life circumstances has been introduced, a list of social services has been defined that can be provided urgently (crisis), and the provision of such services under a simplified procedure.

Such people will receive compensation from the state for the services they provide..
