Men liable for military service aged 18-60 who are drivers of trucks and rail transport can cross the border of Ukraine if they carry out international cargo transportation, delivery of goods for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, medical and humanitarian supplies. This is stated in the article of the Ukrainian Bar Association for ZN. U.A..
Lawyers note that crossing the border is possible only if there is an appropriate permit for the carrier, which must contact the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, regional military administrations or the Kiev city military administration with data on drivers.
Information about the booking of submitted persons is transferred to the State Border Service.
