“Construction will take place in safe areas using rapid construction technologies. This will help to quickly provide housing for people who left the war zone or whose property was destroyed as a result of the Russian invasion,” Shmyhal said..

These activities will be financed, in particular, at the expense of international donors and the money provided in the budget for increasing the authorized capital of the State Youth Housing Fund.
