General mobilization announced in Ukraine. At the initiative of the local authorities, the summons are handed to everyone with the mark “volunteer”, and the military registration and enlistment office says that there are no more places. During general mobilization, a person enters military service on conscription. This is a military obligation and may not be voluntary..

At the same time, a person may voluntarily:.

- start another type of military service: military service under the contract, including in the forces of the Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

— to join the volunteer formation of the territorial community by signing a volunteer contract with the TRO, which does not exempt from military service in case of conscription.

Summoning a summons for conscription for military service under a contract or for joining the voluntary formation of a territorial community is not carried out.

But such a call is made for conscription during mobilization. On the call (summon) of the head of the TCKSP, you must appear at a certain time at a certain address and follow the legal orders of an authorized person.
