As you try to bring back the most routine things in your life that keep you going, remember to vaccinate your children.. Timely vaccination will prevent major infectious diseases. So we remind you of the vaccination calendar.

According to the calendar, children are vaccinated against ten dangerous diseases:.

hepatitis B: on the first day of life, after two and six months;

tuberculosis: on the third-fifth day;

measles, mumps, rubella: first dose at 12 months, second dose at six years;

diphtheria, tetanus: at 2, 4, 6 and 18 months, then at six years and revaccination every ten years;

whooping cough: at 2, 4, 6 and 18 months;

poliomyelitis: at 2, 4, 6 and 18 months, and then at 6 and 14 years;

Haemophilus influenzae: at 2, 4 and 12 months.

You can view the vaccination calendar here and refer to it..

Check when and what vaccine was last given to the child. If in doubt, contact your family doctor to understand this important information.. Also tell the doctor which of the required vaccinations your child has missed, and work out a plan of action together.. If you have Form 063/o (Prophylactic Immunization Card), show it to your doctor.

Even if your family was forced to move to another settlement, access to medical care for displaced persons is guaranteed, including routine vaccination. You need to go to the nearest medical facility providing primary care. The contact center of the National Health Service of Ukraine will be able to suggest the phone number and address of the nearest primary institution. Call 16-77 on working days from 9:00 to 18:00. For security reasons, dashboards on the NSZU website are disabled.

And here you can read the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on how to obtain data on vaccinations for refugees and migrants.
