Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation in Khmelnitsky detained a former law enforcement officer who organized a scheme for transporting men of military age abroad. “In cooperation with the Khmelnitsky Regional Military Administration, a scheme was exposed for the transfer of citizens of Ukraine liable for military service under the guise of persons accompanying humanitarian cargo for the needs of one of the military units of Khmelnitsky,” the report says..
It is noted that the scheme was organized by a former law enforcement officer who involved other military personnel whose involvement is being verified.. For their services, the organizers took money in the equivalent of two thousand US dollars..

Investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation opened criminal proceedings on. 3 st. 368 (bribery), h. 5 st. 426-1 (Exceeding power or official authority by a military official) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The issue of declaring suspicion to the defendants is being decided, they face up to 5 years in prison.
