The Economic Security Bureau has initiated the nationalization of 400 railway cars, which are the property of Russia and Belarus, the BEB press service reports..

“According to the results of inspections of enterprises of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus transporting equipment by rail, employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine found 400 railcars of rolling stock in the Cherkasy region, which are the property of such enterprises,” the report says..

It is noted that a railway car with electrical equipment (12 traction motors and 12 traction motor anchors) was also found in the customs control zone of one of the cities in the region.. The car belongs to the Belarusian enterprise. The cost of railway rolling stock and electrical equipment is currently being assessed.

The list of identified inventory items was sent to Ukrzaliznytsia and the military-civilian administration of the Cherkasy region for a decision on further nationalization.
