The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine noted that drivers no longer need a medical certificate to exchange or renew a driver's license, the press service of the department informs on Facebook.
The ministry said that during the state of war, service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs exchange driver's licenses only for those citizens who, by law, have the right to travel outside Ukraine and those who are involved in defense.
In case of replacement, loss or theft of a driver's license, the following documents are required:.
the passport;
identification code;
driver's license (if available);
police certificate (in case of theft).
