Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova said that the Kherson region is on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe due to the temporary occupation of the region by Russian troops.
In the settlements of the region (especially small ones) there are problems with electricity, gas and water supply, and people are also critically short of medicines.
According to Denisova, it is impossible to deliver all this to them because of the shelling from the occupiers..
