“The Defense Center should become the main hub for communication and meetings of patriotic friends. We allocate 100 million hryvnias for this charitable cause. Military-patriotic training should be as convenient and useful as possible for a person’s self-development. We must make the most efficient use of an important resource of a volunteer – his time,” commented Boris Filatov, Mayor of Dnipro.

Filatov added that the management of the center was entrusted to the Chairman of the Public Council Gennady Korban.
