The State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning (GIAG) has completed an unscheduled inspection of the construction site, the customer of which is the National Aviation University, at. Cosmonaut Komarov, 1 in Kiev. This was reported by the press service of the GIAG.

As a result of the audit, it turned out that the project documentation was developed in violation of the legislation in the field of urban planning, state building codes, standards and regulations..

So, it was found:.

development intentions do not comply with the provisions of urban planning documentation;

there is no calculation of apartments for university teachers, for whom, according to town planning conditions and restrictions, the construction of residential buildings is provided;

the project does not provide for the construction of a sports complex, although the very name of the facility provides for this - \;

The chief inspectors of the construction supervision of GIAG drew up an act based on the results of the inspection, issued an order to stop the preparatory and construction work until the violations identified were eliminated and drew up protocols for the expert and design organizations.
