Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba held a telephone conversation with Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa Naledi Pandor. Reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

It is noted that the conversation became the first contact of the foreign ministers of Ukraine and South Africa since 1998.

The parties also discussed the expansion of the legal framework of relations and cooperation within the framework of international organizations.

Kuleba invited the South African side to send a trade mission to Ukraine to study the possibilities of developing cooperation.

The Minister recalled that the Foreign Policy Strategy of Ukraine pays special attention to the development of relations with African countries.

The parties also agreed on further close cooperation. Naledi Pandor accepted Dmitry Kuleba's invitation to visit Ukraine next year.
