In one of the schools in Khmelnytsky, there was a massive poisoning: from 8 to 10 September, 92 pupils of elementary grades and one mother of a student were found to have symptoms. On September 13, the Khmelnytsky Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention published the results of an epidemic study, according to which Staphylococcus aureus was the cause of the poisoning.
Children were brought to doctors with food poisoning and gastroenterocolitis.

As a result of the study, Staphylococcus aureus was found in four employees of the staff of the catering department.
The infection was found in three dishes, notably paella and schnitzel, as well as 27 washes.
