Frankly, I did not even think that anyone would even notice or notice, perhaps, my "disappearance" from Odessa ....

If someone from those who discussed my “loss” paid attention to my not so old publications, I wrote that for about a year I was left without earnings in Odessa, t. , adhering to its principles, DO NOT PAY BRIBES TO JUDGES and other state. scum of our wonderful Ukraine, to me, in my law practice, the above mentioned pigs simply blocked my work. And it was done (miracle judges), all this is very simple:.

- blocked my cases in court;.

- delayed trials;.

- simply, unreasonably refused to consider the claims of my clients as soon as they learned that I was their representative in court;.

Naturally, such a procedure of protracted trials, and my position not to pay bribes to judges / prosecutors / policemen, was not very popular among my clients (because, what to hide, most of the clients were not particularly interested in my position not to pay bribes to parasites, but more interested in the prompt solution their cases in court / prosecutor's office / police), which, as a result, did, as they say, “their business” - I was left without clients, without work (only minor consultations were left).

Actually, therefore, after a year of such a blockade, I wrote several publications (in my opinion, 2-3) in which I said that I had been left without work for a long time, and offered my legal / legal assistance, thus trying to do myself advertising, somehow, well, what if you increase the number of customers and therefore at least earn something.

In response, those who saw / read, I received mostly only wishes like “go to work ...” and t. And only one girl responded to these publications, she was provided with legal assistance (consultation).

Of course, in this way, I could not resolve my issue with earnings, but, anyway, I did not intend to stop my principles of not paying rotten-corrupt court / internal affairs agencies and prosecutors, and still adhere to them. And also (as before) I recommend to everyone - DO NOT PAY JUDGES / PROSECUTORS / POLITICS and other state. Pigs of our country bribes! ! ! ! ! ! !.

But be that as it may, as I said, such a blockade of my advocacy work, and, accordingly, the possibility of earning money, gave my results - in the last months of my stay in Odessa (July-August) I simply had nothing to buy for myself even food. I was forced to put up for sale household appliances, old furniture.

However, at the same time, I did not stop my social initiative.. And at the same time, to the best of his ability, he continued to fight, in particular, with the developer - which became famous,. by Terrax, and its criminal director, Medvedev, who, if anyone remembers, last year, in my presence insulted the large Ukrainian family of Kreschenko (whose house, by the will of fate, was "in the way" of the construction works of the Terraks insurance company) confidently destroying the slope near Arcadia, for laying it seems like a “pedestrian walkway” 4-5 meters wide to the Sea Symphony residential complex), and promised them that they (the Kreschenko family) would “soon not be”, t. they are all "dummies, worth nothing" and t. I filmed these promises of Medvedev on video. It ended up being attacked by Medvedev with his guards, and “loving” they took away my camera (which all of the above-mentioned statements and promises of Medvedev were recorded), leaving me “in memory” a couple of fractures and abrasions.

After that (by calling the police) I was able to once again make sure what our police is - which, in the person of the investigator of the Shevchenko district police department, amicably released Medvedev from the regional department on the same day of the crime, without even trying to detain the criminal, at least “for clarify the circumstances ". But, in the future it was even more interesting..

I managed to ensure that the investigator of the Shevchenkovsky ROVD opened a criminal case on the fact of the crime committed. However, the investigator (Martienko) DOES NOT COULD (think) for 4 months, hand over the “pidosra” to Medvedev with whom he repeatedly met during all this time. And instead of qualifying this crime under Article 187 (robbery) of the Civil Code of Ukraine, I managed to “launch” this case to the prosecutor’s office / court as an ordinary robbery.

Once in the prosecutor's office, this case is gone. Yes Yes! I was not mistaken. This business is just stupidly “not showing up on the horizon” MORE THE FLOOR OF THE YEAR! ! ! How many times have I not tried to find out where is this corner. the case (to get acquainted with it (after all, I am a victim, and had the right to do so), received by the prosecutor's office from the Shevchenko ROVD, to the prosecutor’s office (3rd).

Replied that they "do not know". They do not know where the matter is, and they do not know who the prosecutor is (who is involved in this case). But in the future, yet this case (like the prosecutor) “surfaced”. "Floated" when I, frankly, did not expect to see it ever.

And only 2 days before (!!!) Before the court session (not only lawyers, I think, they will understand why they did it in court) I was informed about the appointed date of the court session!.

Then I had to face our “wonderful” prosecutor's office - my prosecutor appeared on the horizon. He was Lebedev. This “black cloak” didn’t appear all those half a year before, or disappeared from me as soon as I came to the prosecutor’s office and tried to find out who my prosecutor was before the court (after the case went to the prosecutor’s office), or they directed me to some persons who did not even work in the prosecutor’s office (let alone that they did not work as prosecutors).

So, already in court, as soon as I, in a conversation, recommended Lebedev to reconsider and retrain the crime of Medvedev and his comrades (guards) under Article 187. KK of Ukraine (robbery), Lebedev was beginning to almost shout at me, and insist that it is generally supposedly "an ordinary hooligan".

The judge, who postponed the hearing of the case, or even simply stupidly refused to consider the case, behaved equally well and even further delayed the trial!.

I told / wrote publications in the FB about this crime in relation to both a large Ukrainian family (the Kreschenko family) and me personally. He suggested that our wonderful social activists / patriots not only pay attention to these events and crimes, in my opinion, the gangster group (and not just the building of the Terraks company, and its director, Medvedev), but also support and help protect the Ukrainian large family, restore justice - stop destroying Arkady (in q. construction company "Terraks"), and bring to court Medvedev and his accomplices on the crime.

But, no support, unfortunately, did not come from any of our wonderful Ukrainian patriots of Odessa! Not one! ! ! And I always went to court alone! And perhaps only once (being at a regular court hearing on this. to the case), and even then by chance, met in court (in the Primorsky Court) with Mikhailik Oleg. But, again, he was in his business, and I in my. Therefore, they just exchanged phrases like “what are you doing here / how are you”, and this is where all our “communication in court” ended.

The only support, within the limits of my capabilities, I received from TC “Reporter”. This channel came to almost all sessions to the court, and made video reports on the conduct / consideration of the above-mentioned crime by Medvedev and his rather gang, rather than the construction company (IC Terraks, which, in turn, was strongly supported by the City Council).

It so happens that regular video reports about the reviews. cases in Medvedev in court, did their job ... I did my best to hide from my mother that I was attacked in the 17th year, and later I was denounced. the case against the attackers, or rather it turned out that the attacker (investigator Martienko “and associates” (prosecutor’s office) accidentally did not notice security consisting of 5 people. and decided to open their own business in relation to only one Medvedev).

She (my mother) just saw on the Internet (TV news on the Internet) one of the reports of the “Reporter” shopping mall about reviewing this corner.. cases in the Primorsky District Court of Odessa. I saw after her friends told her about this report.

As a result, after learning about this case, my mother decided to take part in the case, as my representative, in order to protect the interests of her son as a victim. To defend against these creatures (this applies not only to Medvedev and his gang, but also to our “wonderful law enforcement officers / representatives of justice and justice”), who together tried to reclassify the case as “hooligan”, and to endure perhaps a small fine, thus unleashing his hands and the rest of the criminals like Medvedev, and more precisely to other pseudo construction companies in Odessa!.

I tried in every way to dissuade my mother from participating in this bribery-soaked business from Medvedev, but: “You are my only son, and no one protects you anyway ...” ....

Having started her participation in the case, my mother made a wise decision, and requested that the court return the case for pending consideration, in order to correct many mistakes made during the pretrial investigation.. Made (“by chance” of course) by sledak Martienko and prosecutor Lebedev. And accordingly, it was calculated that the pre-trial case would allow to retrain the case from the 186th. (robbery) for 187 st. KK of Ukraine (robbery).

The court granted such a petition from my representative (mom), and sent the case back for "finalization" ....

Apparently, realizing that there are fears of not getting a fine for petty robbery, but to actually fly into jail for robbery, literally several days after the aforementioned court session, my mother came to my house and said in an exciting voice she was told that they want to kill me. To which I replied to her that I had already warned her that there was no need to take up this case in court, that. in any way such threats will go, to which I have already frankly become accustomed (hearing them repeatedly), and did not particularly react to them. And I recommended her just “leave this case, mom. I will finish it myself. ”. But as it turned out, there were threats against not only me. They wanted to kill me and my mother ....

When I saw the police and law enforcement agencies in general, how passively-latent in Odessa (and in today's chocolate-sour Ukraine as a whole), I understood that no one had any help and protection, much less life, neither me nor my mom in this case It will not do and will not do "vzagali", and most importantly it will not even try. Ukraine has finally confirmed its insignificance in this regard (the absence of any force of justice and law and order, and even more so the protection of citizens of their country) ....

In general, I should note that this disunity, splitting into small, and sometimes small-insignificant groups, the public of Ukraine and Odessa in particular (lack of cohesion among the society / active society of the country) is the first (one of the first) indicator of the impossibility of the state as such (as an independent state) says that the parasites have not badly bothered over the past 27 years (and the last 5 years, in particular) in destroying the country, and generally in any possibility of preserving (even a chance) of the existence Krajina as an independent state and the state as such as a whole ....

For a while, I was still trying to find options, convince mom to quit, and leave the city..

But she categorically refused to leave Odessa without me..

As a result, all these events (artificially created unemployment for me, starvation, the absence of any cohesion among (at least) social activists (not to mention politicians / managers) in our, in my opinion, common goal / work - the creation of an independent democratic-strong state), and the threat of physical violence on me and my mom was just the last straw, and it was decided to go abroad. Ride me. At least in order to just make money ....
