Mustafa Nayem: As the BPP has banned me from entering the commission I initiated

This is a very telling story.. The BPP faction refused to nominate me as a member of the investigative commission to investigate the facts of the attack on activists from the Ekaterina Gandzyuk List, which I initiated together with Lena Sotnyk and a number of other colleagues.

According to the faction, I have a conflict of interest, since my brother is Yekaterina Gandzyuk's lawyer..

This decision was demanded personally by Irina Lutsenko - the spouse of the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko.. The first procedural person whose duties include the observance of the legality of the investigation of all criminal proceedings in the country. This includes activists and journalists.. And I know for certain that it was Yuriy Lutsenko who set an ultimatum against including me in the TSK.

This is not just nonsense.. This is absurd.. I would accept any other arguments of the PPO - from the personal request of the president to the simple “do not want”. But not this one.. Transition of the faction to the individual is a frank weakness and hysteria.

I am truly proud of my brother and support him in everything he does. But. Officially, Masi Nayyem is NOT a lawyer for Yekaterina Gandzyuk.. Yes, and could not, because he received a lawyer's certificate just three days ago. Yes, he was friends with Catherine long before the attack. And how a lawyer helped her in her work and did her work after the attack.. Not for a reward, but because he is her friend, like hundreds of other activists who came out to protest.

If a faction sees this as a conflict of interest, it should pay attention to itself, its godfathers and relatives of the country's top officials..

They do not see a conflict of interest in that, being in the ranks of the faction, relatives of the Prosecutor General and the head of state vote for the budget of the Presidential Administration, the GPU, and so on..

They do not see a conflict of interest in the fact that Deputy Prosecutor Generals - Angela Strizhevskaya and Yevgeny Yenin go to negotiate with former ministers of Yanukovych.

They do not see a conflict of interest in the fact that mazhorotarschiki presidential faction receive corruption payments from the budget for elections in their constituencies.

They are not worried about the conflict of interests in that they vote for billions in subsidies to agricultural friends by ordinary farmers..

I'm not talking about the clan prosecutor's office, the SBU, the judges and deputies, who have long lost their benchmark, where their own, and where the state.

They see a conflict of interest in the fact that a relative of a deputy doesn’t, does not steal, does not sit on tenders, does not receive contracts, but protects activists. I think they lost their sense of reality..

And, friends, do not take me to weak, I will go out. Sure to. When I think that I can not do anything else.

THANKS TO ALL THE COLLEAGUES THAT HAVE SUPPORTED THE COMMISSION CENTER O. (138).
