Cancellation of visa requirements between Ukraine and Qatar begins to operate from November 2.

Ukrainians who use passports of a citizen of Ukraine to travel abroad (biometric and non-biometric), and citizens of the State of Qatar, who use ordinary passports, can enter, stay, leave and cross the territory of the state of the other party without a visa.

A prerequisite for visa-free travel is a stay of tourists no longer than 90 days for 180 days..

Tourist passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into the state of the other party, added to the Foreign Ministry.

In case of staying longer than 90 days in Qatar, citizens of Ukraine will need to obtain a visa at the representative office of this country..

In May, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved an agreement with the governments of Qatar and the island state of Antigua and Barbuda on the mutual abolition of visa requirements.
