Despite the tightening of labor legislation in Ukraine, some government agencies continue to successfully violate the Labor Code and work in the old manner.
So, the Odessa specialized sanatorium "Salute", in violation of the Labor Code, did not pay an employee’s payroll and cash compensation for his unused vacation.
The former employee applied to the State Labor Service of Ukraine with the request:.
Conduct an audit of the legality of the activities of the enterprise operating at the address: g. Odessa, st. Academic, 28/1, regarding compliance with the laws of Ukraine on labor in labor relations with me.
Provide me at my residence with a reasoned response on the results of the consideration of my application, indicating information about the state control measures you carried out, scheduled visits and prescriptions, as well as the decisions you made, and the amount of fines imposed on this company according to my statement.

And the prehistory itself began with the fact that one of the waiters of the catering department of the sanatorium appealed to the personnel department with a request to provide standards for servicing.
