The action to demolish the fence near the Nemo Dolphinarium on the beach Langeron ended with the fence restored in the afternoon.

On the action to the new building near the dolphinarium "Nemo" in 12. 00 activists of the organizations "Avtomaydan", "Sokol" and "National Corps", "Street Front" and indifferent citizens of Odessa.

Activists came to this construction is not the first time, because the construction, in their view, is illegal. In the court there is a case on the cancellation of the land allotment to this site, there is also a case of the cancellation of re-issued town-planning conditions. Therefore, the permission of the Kyiv Gas Company is also illegal. Despite the controversial documents, the construction of the hotel and the rehabilitation center of the dolphinarium began and goes very quickly.

This Saturday activists broke the fence around the construction site and carried the broken sections to the entrance to the dolphinarium.

During the dismantling of the fence, a clash occurred between activists and cordons of police "cosmonauts". The police used tear gas when trying to demolish the site itself.

After the fence was dismantled, the activists dispersed.

By the evening the fence near the new construction site was restored.
